1. About SoluDesks
SoluDesks is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Helpdesk & ticketing
- Call-centre integration
- Time & attendance tracking
- Enterprise productivity tools
2. Eligibility
SoluDesks is a training and knowledge platform open to learners of all age ranges who wish to gain additional skills, education, or professional knowledge.
- Users under the age of 18 may use SoluDesks only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors and ensuring appropriate use of the platform.
- By creating an account, users confirm that all information provided is accurate and that they have the legal capacity (or parental consent where applicable) to use the Services.
- Organisations enrolling students, trainees, or minors are responsible for obtaining all required consents in compliance with applicable data protection and child-safeguarding laws.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities under your account
- Ensuring data uploaded complies with applicable laws
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SoluDesks for illegal activities
- Upload malicious or harmful content
- Attempt to breach system security
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Misuse call-centre or recording features
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features require paid subscriptions.
- Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- We may modify pricing with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, trademarks, and content belong to SoluDesks or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant SoluDesks a limited licence to use it for service delivery.
7. Data & Confidentiality
- SoluDesks processes customer data strictly as instructed.
- Enterprise and government data are treated as confidential.
- Strong NDPR/GDPR-aligned safeguards are applied.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SoluDesks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of these Terms
- For legal or regulatory reasons
- Upon account closure request
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to applicable international consumer protections.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
